  • Goals

    Goal 1: The Beach Haven School District will concentrate on instructional practices that elevate student engagement for the purpose of enhanced student achievement.

    The district will utilize individual Teacher, Committee, and Monthy meetings along with professional development opportunities to focus on enhancing each staff member's instructional and differentiation strategies to foster student achievement.

    The superintendent is the educational leader who promotes the success of all students by advocating, nurturing, and sustaining a culture and instructional program conducive to student learning and staff professional development/resources.

    Goal 2: The Beach Haven School District will promote and support writing across the curriculum.

    The district will place an intentional emphasis on writing opportunities for students across the curriculum and support this process through resources, professional collaboration, communication, articulation, assessment, and reflective practices.

    The superintendent is the educational leader who develops and supports intellectually coherent systems of curriculum and instruction to promote each student’s academic success and well-being.

    Goal 3: The Beach Haven District will expand communication with parents and the school community to strengthen our partnership for student success.

    The district will focus on communication and feedback at the classroom level, school communication with families, and enhanced community information through in-person, electronic, and written means to appropriately promote student success and cultivate a positive school culture.
